Reclaiming Our Own Transcendence

Services

  • This 10-week healing workshop is geared towards those who have been impacted by violence, caused harm, enabled harm, and those who find themselves in cycles of physical and emotional harm who want to explore their participation in such cycles. Our work as facilitators engages our first-hand experiences in being impacted by harm as people who have caused, enabled, and survived it.

  • RooT’s People's Healing Conference and Clinic is a multi-day event grounded in the truth that healing from trauma is within the survivor's and community's grasps. It places the participant at the center, making healing democratic and asset based. The facilitator's role is to create the conditions for participants' inherent healing to emerge.

Collective healing workshops and one on one space holding equip survivors with practical skills that can be used to address individual and community healing while becoming introduced to the benefits of holistic strategies.

  • Collective transformative repair is an opportunity for groups, organizations, or collectives to explore how conflict presents opportunities for closeness, collective cultural shifts, and realignment with collective values. We offer this support for groups that consist of historically, culturally, systemically, and politically impacted individuals or those who offer services and support to such individuals.

Our process is a human and heart-centered experience where individuals are invited to assess their personal traumas/triggers and examine how they might manifest in relational spaces. Groups are invited to assess which cultural patterns perpetuate harm or create blockages towards the ability to resolve conflict.
