Service Description
Taking an integrative approach to understanding the effects of trauma and chronic stress on the body and mind, these individual Reiki sessions offer an accessible introduction to enjoying a trauma-sensitive Reiki experience. Access Info: In person sessions and one-on-ones are accessed via stairs (childcare on first floor, no stairs). Participants must provide proof of negative COVID tests (phone images ok). Tests and masks available on site (please arrive 15 min early to test). Please do not attend if: You have COVID, cold, or flu symptoms (even if you test negative). You have been exposed to someone with COVID in the past 48 hours. You have tested positive for COVID within the last week.
